In November 2008 ALASA Academy received a call from an anonymous donor, offering to “gift” the Academy a small building... if we were interested. Yep!! We were! So the wheels have been turning and we are now the happy owners of a small, office-type building on East Main Street in Wolcott, NY. Our focus is to sell the building as quickly as possible and use the proceeds to benefit our ALASA Academy “Building Fund.” Our asking price is $27,900.

This building (see attached Building Flyer) has great potential for an office or shop. It is an approximately 850square foot block building with a brick front, dry basement, updated electric and heating and parking on the street or in the rear. It has “Good Bones!”
