Creating a “personalized” picture frame
Numerous experiences are available at ALASA Academy Summer Workshops! All are provided in a “Bully Free,” nurturing environment where “I’m free to be me” is the rule (and the responsibilities that go with freedoms are introduced). Sample experiences include:

- Journaling and scrapbooking
- Organic farming
- Art projects (paper making, birdhouse, picture frames, vine wreaths, t-shirt design, walking sticks,etc.)
- Stream testing (Save Our Sodus, Inc.)
- Fishing
- Fossil identification
- Discovery in stream, woods, etc.
- Orienteering
- Walks and talks
- Exposure to wildlife (Great Horned Owls, etc.)
- Making new friends
- Sharing and getting to know you activities
